K. Roy & Associates  is an Architectural and Structural Engineering firm situated at Howrah,West Bengal.  Our size is small but our experience and capabilities are great. We offer a variety of professional services including services of Architecture, Project Management, Master Planning, Construction Administration, Building Inspections, Expert Witness, Soil Testing, Surveying, Estimating, Fire License and Facilities Planning.

We have been involved in designing buildings for over 18 years and have over 2000 buildings to our credit. We have knowledge of many different types of buildings, construction systems, and government agency approvals.  

Our projects include Schools, Hospitals, Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family Housing, Custom Residential, Wineries, Offices, Water Towers, Lookout Towers, Metal Buildings, Modular Buildings, Industrial Facilities, Historic Preservation, ADA Compliance, Railroad Facilities, Marine Facilities, Civic and Public Works Buildings. 


Established in 1992 by Er. Kalyan Brata Roy, Chartered Engineer with mission of listen and respond to the needs of the people .
